"The Humbler - Danny Gatton" celebrates the man and the music! Danny tells his own story.
Video Culture, Inc, a nonprofit tax-exempt, arts organization has supported "The Humbler - Danny Gatton" movie since its inception in 1989.

Who is Danny Gatton? If you are a guitarist, you probably already know — his mastery of blues, jazz, rock, country, bluegrass and rockabilly so overwhelmed other guitarists that they called him “The Humbler.”
Although he never got the recognition he deserved in his short life, Danny Gatton has often been called “The World’s Greatest Unknown Guitarist.” Our film is the first in-depth exploration of the life, music and legacy of a troubled genius.

Virginia Quesada (Producer, Editor) has created, with others, a variety of music-themed past productions for public television, including Tango, the Spirit of Argentina; In the Spotlight With Mary Chapin Carpenter; Kansas City Jazz and Blues; Muddy Waters Tribute; and Singing for the Union With Pete Seeger.
"The Humbler - Danny Gatton" won awards in over half of the film festivals we participated in.
