Please be advised that your purchase of a DVD, Blu-ray or Digital Download for an Educational License is subject to the conditions below. We will refer to the format options be it DVD, Blu-ray or Digital Download as "your copy".

1. Your Education license Purchase of your copy will be in perpetuity.
2. Your copy of the DVD, Blu-ray or Digital Download is to be used for educational purposes only by the customer.
3. Your copy of the DVD, Blu-ray or Digital Download will not be altered in any manner whatsoever. (The DVD and Blu-ray are protected under U.S. Copyright code).
   
4. Your copy of the DVD, Blu-ray or Digital Download will not be rented, loaned for a fee, leased or sub-leased to others.
5. Your copy of the DVD, Blu-ray or Digital Download will not be broadcast or televised.
6. The Customer will not negotiate any transaction concerning the film without specific written authorization from Video Culture, Inc.
7. Defective, DVDs or Blu-rays may be returned by the Customer for exchange or credit. No refunds. All requests for return must be made in writing within thirty (30) days
